A new addition to the Thyritop family: Pyrocontrole is completing its range of power controllers with the Thyritop 600.
The accurate, modular Thyritop 600 can be used to manage the electrical powers of any type of industrial heating element and offers extensive modularity for all your single-phase, split-phase and three-phase applications.
The Thyritop 600 also has an exclusive function for measuring the temperature on the power terminals in order to avoid any risk of cables overheating. It is also equipped with an additional function for measuring the temperature of the air output by the fan. This ensures that your installations are 100% safe.
The complementary PyroALM module, it is possible to smooth the network power and thus optimize energy consumption. In the event of an installation comprising several Thyritop 6oo models (up to 64 instruments on a given electrical network), PyroALM will automatically adjust the moment when each of them is triggered. It is connected using a simple RJ45 cable.
Your electricity consumption will therefore be stable and below the power limit defined by your electricity supplier.
We recommend use of the Thyritop 600 mainly in industrial furnaces for heat treatments and metallurgy, smelting furnaces and industrial dryers.
