I have lost my backup of the application. Can I download the application again from the CPS Touch onto the PC ?

Yes, this is possible. After finishing developing applications, it is safer to back up the CPS Studio software with the precise version used for development, along with the source code of the project, in several locations, as per your company's backup policy, in order to maintain and store the files.
