Indeed, our power controllers will help to optimize the operational and energy efficiency of the furnaces for manufacturing blanks out of spheroidal-graphite cast iron and aluminum alloy (parts of the power train and vehicle-road interface) intended for the machining or assembly units, as well as the tunnels for curing the paintwork on the vehicle bodies.

Alexandre Soukphouangkham, Control Product Manager, and Valentin Filser, Sales Engineer, recently handled the commissioning of Thyritop 600 in Europe’s largest automotive foundry, the Stellantis factory at Charleville-Mézières in the Ardennes (France).

Attached: photo in situ of Thyritop 600 power controllers mounted in an electrical cabinet. The Thyritop 600 models are tested with a Scopix oscilloscope provided by Metrix - Chauvin Arnoux and the Pyrotools software from Pyrocontrole.
